His work collided a lot with the world of theaters for which he drew a lot of posters, created whole scenography and modeled unique objects. He also made himself known through his numerous illustration of products (Moët & Chandon Champagne, Biscuits brands, Cigarillos…etc), all recognizable by the grace of the feminine figures at their center but also by his incredible drawings of drapes and volutes.
On top of his illustrations, Alsphonse Mucha was an engaged artist and he had the large project of telling the story of the slavic people through 20 masterpieces. This exhibition is the occasion to discover this less known side to the artist and to know more about his origines.
