Le
From the 28th of September, the Grand Palais is honoring the 9th form of art and is offering a superb retrospective on Hergé! Before being part of history with his now mythical character, Tintin, Hergé was an artist with multiple faces. He started by drawing for the scoot's journal or publishing adverts. Later on, with friends and new acquaintances, he discovers a passion for abstract art. HE starts painting, being inspired by Klee, Miro or Van Lint. He then becomes a collector. His gift for story telling will always push him towards cartoons and ends up creating characters and stories that grew through several generations.
With this restrospective, come discover all the different faces of Georges Rémi who became the renown artist: Hergé, but also how Tintin is now part of history and will leave a mark in time.
