Adrien Ferrand's Restaurant Eels - A beautiful new address!
Adrien Ferrand is a young talent on the Parisian scene. He has worked alongside William Ledeuil of the restaurant Ze Kitchen Galerie and he also won Gault & Milau's title of Best young Talent in 2015. The two combined being on the highest proof of quality, we decided to try the 10th arrondissement's newcomer.
The restaurant Eels answers all the criteria of the new bistronomy and its high standards that we appreciate so much. The decor is simple yet so elegant with the old fashion stone walls. The atmosphere is also very friendly and convivial with the open counter where you can observe the chef leave his final touch.
In your plate you will have extremely fresh products & flavours prepared with delicacy and rightness. Even if you can find the 'eel' in their signature starter, the rest of the menu is full of more traditional items. We tried the started with foie gras, the cod cooked a la plancha, the duck.... We also let ourselves be tempted by the desserts and we can assure you that the Millefeuille and Chocolate tarte are to die for :-)
