The Signature hotel, classified 4 stars, is a home of 26 rooms located in the heart of the famous St Germain des Prés faubourg, nestled in a typical Parisian building. Its Haussmann façade retains the soul of this home, that my precious team and myself make sure to maintain and transmit.

The desire to make you discover our city differently, by unearthing, just for you, some unique addresses and sometimes even secret ones, is for us the essence of a successful Parisian experience.

« To receive our clients like guests, to offer them a peaceful place for a unique Parisian experience” this has been the family’s vision for the last generations.

In October 2012, with the acquisition of the hotel ‘Signature St Germain des Prés’, the most recent generation took over the flame.

Delphine undertook 2 years of renovation & reconstruction to create a new Parisian home to her image.

Father, Mother & Daughter, a genuine family story with true Parisians !!

First of all it all started in 1990, with the parents, Isabelle & Hervé Prigent, who started the adventure of “Nos Maisons Parisiennes” with the creation of the hotel Apollon Montparnasse.

6 years later, Isabelle, took over the hotel de Londres Eiffel to create her 2nd home, with an atmosphere representing her.

Two steps away from the Eiffel Tower, Isabelle wanted her home to be warm, in the style of a family home “à la française”. She values the ‘Made in France’ for the choices of materials and furniture that she personally selected with so much pleasure, and she surrounded herself with a loyal team, always ready to listen to the guests.

With the hotel Signature St Germain des Prés, Delphine brings her own imprint to the group, without losing sight of the values her parents set in place over the last 30 years.

Her home is a nest in her image, a lively and colorful place where the well-being of each and everyone is a priority. There is a cozy, refined and modern atmosphere that will seduce you.

We welcome you every morning from 7am til 10am for a buffet breakfast “à la francaise”, served in our colorful and cheerful room.

During your business stays at the hotel, don’t hesitate to organize some meetings here. We have the possibility from 11am onwards, to set up the breakfast room in order to welcome a group of 15 people maximum.
