Racines des Prés - A new restaurant tested for you :-)

Racines des Prés Et voilà, the new comer in the neighborhood: Racines des Prés, freshly moved in from the other side of the river! Indeed, since the beginning of May, you can find here the team of the restaurant Racines (2) which has shut down to be closer to us :-) The association of David Lanher (Caffé Stern, that we have mentioned before, Au bon Saint Poucain, which we will mention soon, but also Panache) / Alexandre Navarro (Plaza Athénée, le Shangri-La or le Violon d'Ingres) is perfect and works so well! The place is decorated with so much taste, mixing materials and sober designs to create a chic and refined atmosphere. At the center you have the bar made out of red marble, where you can sit and observe the artists working around the kitchen. In your plate: beautiful fresh products, some colours, textures and flavours... Classical but with a hint of modernity, the dishes fit with the trends and new fashion.   We recommend to book fast, because even if it is nestled on a small side street near the church St Thomas d'Aquin and close tu Rue du bac, we can easily predict success :-)   Their website is not yet updated but keep an eye out, they should put up their menu very soon: http://www.racinesparis.com/racines2
