Tomy & Co is Tomy Gousset' first restaurant but be aware, it is far from his first experience behind the heat of the kitchen. On top of his past experiences abroad or at the side of renowned chefs, he proved himself for 4 years behind the piano at Pirouette, restaurant near Les Halles, of which we keep a wonderful souvenir :-) The menu evolves with the seasons, the products are fresh and sourced just outside of Paris from an organic garden, everything is cooked perfectly, the mix of flavors is surprising but delicate, the wines are refined and varied... Tomy & Co is the kitchen of a passionated and exciting chef! He managed to create a chic and warm space, decorated with as much care as the plates he serves. You feel cosy there, no fuss but a genuine elegance. Since it opened up around mid September, this restaurant never ceases to draw attention and all we can hear are is so flattering. We are really pleased to share this address with you! Hurry up, we predict its success to keep growing and it might fall victim of its own success :-)
